On every Beats By Dre headphone or speaker, you will read: "With Beats, people are going to hear what the artists hear, and listen to the music the way they should: the way I do." This is coming from Hip Hop, even Music Industry, legendary producer Dr. Dre.
Reasons for his success are actually a lot simpler than you might think. He was proficient and dedicated to his craft, and pays an extreme amount to detail. When a song is produced, it has to be perfect otherwise it won't be released. This detail is what Dr. Dre would like the world to truly understand and hear in his music.
When you put on his studio headphones or listen to music through the Beats by Dre Beatbox, turn the volume up and bump it the beat. You'll probably hear details in the background that you've never heard before, making the music all the more beautiful.
These headphones are, hands down, the best headphones I've listened to. At a price anywhere from $100 to $450, I think it's expected. Thinking about the headphone industry back in 2006, everyone was satisfied with $20 headphones; but today I see people everywhere with Beats by Dre.

The Studio High-Definition Headphones in Blue
I did a post a while back on the new color headphones Beats By Dre were promoting, but it ended up being deleted. So I'm back at it, promoting what I believe to be some of the best headphones I've ever listened to. Instead of the classic black or white color scheme, Beats By Dre offers the Studio headphones in blue, purple, and yellow on Karmaloop too. The blue ones are by far my favorite. A well balanced deep blue.
More than the color, music sounds amazing. Whether you're listening to Joe Hisaishi's Summer or to Kendrick Lamar's new album "Good Kid, m.A.A.d city" the music is going to sound amazing. Unbelievable bass, combined with a good range from the mids to the highs. The sound quality is unmatched when turned up. Most headphones sound terrible on full blast, but Beats By Dre headphones are known to keep the quality regardless of volume.
I can attest to the sound quality coming from the Beats By Dre Studio, in-ear, and Beatbox sound system. On full blast, my head is rocking the beat like it should. At regular volume, I'm just kicking back listening to parts of the beat I never heard on my other headphones. Really amazing, and worth the price.
Please note, that no Karmaloop promotional or rep code works on any Beats By Dre products on Karmaloop, at least that I'm aware of. If one of these items should go on sale, then you can be guaranteed that I'll let you all know asap. Other than these amazing headphones, take a look a the new Diamond Supply and restock of Rocksmith gear that landed on karmaloop yesterday, October 21st 2012. Perfect time to take advantage of the ongoing Karmaloop promo code and combine it with rep code REDBULL. Thank you in advanced for using and sharing this code with your friends, it really helps out our club a lot.

The Beats Pro High Performance Professional Headphones in Black
Not a day goes by at school where I don't see probably 10 - 20 people with Beats By Dre headphones on. Dr. Dre has revolutionized the headphone industry, because, as you all know, five years ago most people wouldn't have spent more than 40 dollars on headphones, maybe fifty max. Today, however, people are rocking $350 headphones like an accessory - walking around campus without even having them on! Really a phenomenon with the current state of the economy. Headphones that expensive just shouldn't be selling like they are.
When it comes to quality, these were by far the first pair of headphones where I could really tell a difference. Before, listening to expensive Bose headphones was like wow, music can sound good with headphones on. But now, with Beats By Dre headphones all types of music just blow my mind with the quality that comes out of those speakers. They really don't even need the noise cancelation to be turned on, they just sound that good.
Also, if you're looking for a boombox or speakers, I highly recommend purchasing the Beats By Dre Beatbox. This little thing really can fill an entire room, makes the whole damn thing vibrate. On top of how loud it can play, the music still sounds amazing! I hear the same people telling me that spending $400 on a boombox is just crazy, when that same person has $350 Beats By Dre Studio headphones. Anyhow, that was just a little piece of side information. Oh ya, I play the Beatbox at bboy practices in a gym room, fairly large, and it fills the entire room too.
This really is a luxury item, so please be smart and spend money wisely. I post about these headphones because they're really good, but as college students... Choose your books over these sexy little beasts, after your four years are up, then go and buy them. As it is, no Karmaloop promotional or rep code can be applied to this brand or item. If this changes, I'll be sure and update you. Download Karmaloop's mobile app when you can, and buy your stuff off the app using rep code REDBULL, a tiny percent of each sale helps raise money for the club!

The Lebron James Powerbeats Headphones in Black
Looks like Lebron James got some headphones. These in-ear with the ear clip are super nice, I have some. Being some of the more affordable Beats By Dre headphones, the sound quality is still amazing compared to other in-ear headphones. At $180 though, I would expect some good quality headphones. Make sure you try out all the different size ear pieces for the best fit. When it fits correctly, and snug, the bass will sound amazing with the mids and highs. These actually survived through the washer and dryer, and still work perfectly. Amazing product. Karmaloop promo and rep codes do not apply to this item.

The Studio High-Definition Headphones in Black
The amazing Beats By Dre Studio headphones are some of the best sounding headphones I've ever listened to. If you like bass heavy headphones, or wish they had bass in general; I would give these bad boys a try. Or ask Mom and Dad for them for Christmas this year, since they are $350 retail. Karmaloop promotional and rep codes do not apply to the Studios, unfortunately, so you'll have to pay full price. I highly recommend giving these a try at your local Apple store or Best Buy, probably every electronic store has these now. These really shaped an entire new market for high quality headphones.
